Assembled with the finest materials available and designed specifically for durability, our Hard Top™ Safety pool cover represents state-of-the art pool cover technology and exceeds industry-wide safety standards. Aqua Shield Hard Top™ safety pool cover can be open partially or totally in minutes, it also can be raised at one side of the pool or another. The Hard Top™ Safety Pool Cover can also be removed and stored out of sight, or stacked on one end of your pool or patio.

Sizes: Widths available from 10 feet to 26 feet wide, lengths available from 20 feet 6” to 100 feet, ideal for in-ground pools.

Frame: US grade 6061-T6 reinforced extruded aluminum alloy, one-piece seamless arches are engineered to withstand high winds and heavy snow loads. Each frame section is 6' 10" long.

Anchoring: The Hard Top Safety™ pool cover dual anchoring system not only secures the cover to the surface, but also is a hinge that allows the sections to be raised from either side.

Support Poles: Any or all sections can be raised to a height of 6 feet using a set of support poles.

PVC seal: Each section overlap one another with 2 inch PVC seal which protects the interior of cover and pool from dust, rain and insects etc.

Glazing: 8mm, twin-walled polycarbonate thermal glazing, that

1) Protects the exterior surfaces from damaging ultraviolet rays;
2) captures infrared light to create solar energy, thus increasing your pool´s temperature by up to 20°; cover function as passive solar collectors, collecting UV energy during the day and trapping that energy at night.
3) Is specially treated for antifogging to prevent condensation build-up and improved light transmission.

Anti Dust Sealer: Anti Dust Sealer will prevent mold, algae, dust and insects from entering the channels, ensure the clarity of multi-wall glazing. It is moisture and temperature resistant and enables continuous drainage of condensation. (Available since March 2007).

Hardware & Fasteners: Hard Top™ safety pool cover use only stainless steel and aluminum hardware and fasteners throughout the entire enclosure.

Shipping: At AquaShield™ we take pride in our products and services. That is why our specially trained personnel carefully pack each Hard Top™ safety cover onto the truck ourselves, ensuring that it will arrive at your home or site in the same perfect condition that it left our factory in. In addition all shipments are fully insured.

Guarantee: Aqua Shield™ aluminum structure is guaranteed for 10 years. Polycarbonate glazing is guaranteed by the manufacturer for 10 years.
